93. Harris/Shapiro would be the best ticket.

He would help carry PA, which is the most important state for Dems to win. Harris can speak to the suburban swing voters on the issue of choice and the courts.

The reason why Biden didn't step aside is some in the party clearly felt that a woman (especially a black woman) could not win. This is absurd. Hillary would've won if not for Comey - she lost mainly due to losing independents at the last moment - but otherwised performed well across the board. She actually did better with Latinos than Biden did, and did about the same with white rurals as Biden did. Biden won because he did somewhat better with blacks and in the suburbs. Harris/Shapiro would easily IMO outperform both Hillary and Biden.
