18. What's the difference between a deftly exploited opportunity and an orchestrated attack that was waiting for an

opportunity?

I've been suspicious, not in a conspiracy theory sort of way, that while poll numbers for Democratic senate candidates move regularly, up down, status in the Cook report change, neither Biden's nor Trump's numbers move much, in spite of a myriad of polls, mostly belonging to corporate media outlets. Democratic senate candidates are doing especially well in most of the battleground states, and even Sherrod Brown has a lead in Ohio, while Florida is today a toss up. By the way, Biden is within the margin of error of Trump in Florida, too. In my lifetime, split tickets popularity reached about 5% at a few points during the Reagan years, and that's about it. But some of these splits in several states, like Pennsylvania and Arizona, are more than 10% in some cases, based on the fluctuation in the senate races. To me, that looks like polling data in the presidential race that is being deliberately suppressed. And at least one composite poll has come out with evidence that's been happening. They outed some of the phony polls in 2020, and again in 2022. My guess is that there are several factors at work there, including electronic interference from Russia, screwing with this to use it in just such a situation
