Here in Savannah:

I'm here to report the response: a massive sigh of relief. Followed by excitement.

So, I understand the love for Joe Biden... because I share it. He's been a great Senator, a great VP, and now a great President. And now I praise him for doing what he thinks will be best to save our country. He's a hero, candidate or not.

But judging from the MANY people I speak to in real life (I'm not one of those people who say "no talking politics!"... I bring it up constantly) Joe Biden was probably NOT going to win in November. And everybody in that gym thinks Harris is going to kick trump's ass. The one or two trump supporters in our group were pretty much gasping "aw fuck!".

For the first time in months I'm feeling excited.
