117. Yeah, definitely feeling even more uncomfortable this morning

The past three weeks have been especially difficult on the phones but I just kept at it.

I’m 1000% in for all Dems up and down the ticket including Harris but I don’t even know what to say at this point. It feels so indefensible how this went down for Biden, Im not at all sure I can put myself on the line at the moment. The inevitable “big moneyed special interests pushed him out” convos are going to escalate dammit. There’s no way around it.

Yes, new scripts must be crafted but when the whole process has just been smashed, I’m not sure I can spin the new spin anymore. I’m feeling pretty wary of my own party atm and I wonder if the loudest voices shutting down anyone with apprehension are just keyboard warriors.

Having to interface with actual people on this just got much harder for me at least. Let’s hope those who are chastising/rejoicing get into their local campaign offices today, pour their newfound glee and enthusiasm into actual action.
