Joe's announcement will unleash enthusiasm among young people who wanted a change at the top. They'll still need our help in getting out the vote, especially among college students who don't attend university where they permanently reside.

If we can wade our way through those potential roadblocks and other GOP voter-suppression efforts in college towns and majority-minority neighborhoods, Vice President Harris will win — by a lot.
