Trump (reportedly) dumbfounded by the president's decision on Sunday. [View all]

He could not believe that Joe Biden would willingly give up the power of the presidency. All the effort was going into securing a landslide victory. Only a skeleton staff were working on Harris oppo. No ads were being prepared against her; the RNC convention went ahead unchanged. Trump's team feared Harris; Trump did not: Biden would stay the course. Then, all hell broke loose.
