That's not wishing or condoning harm. If you steal nuclear secrets, share them, wage a coup against the government while still president, no, you should get government, taxpayer funded, security.
Clear and Present Dangers to the country shouldn't be PROTECTED. He's a "billionaire" and he has a cult following, he could afford his own protection, or have his proud clowns protect him.
