7. No kidding. And I'm not suggesting someone in their 30s become President.

Of course. Age and experience adds a lot to an individual's talent and expertise. I am not insinuating people that are older, over 70 are not capable of high level functioning. I am saying someone entering a critical position at a senior level, with a possible 8 year demand on them, may be unable to maintain the high level of functioning over the succeeding years they had when they entered the position . A senior age should play a role in the decision making, just as it should be for a young person being considered for a top level position like President.
