I didn't hear "I am not a Christian" but whatever he tried to say, it seems pretty unimportant compared to his obvious statement about "fixing" it so that his followers won't have to vote any more. There is no discrepancy about that statement.

He barely speaks English at all. Trying to decipher his words is an exercise in futility.
