But our inability to go on the offensive against offensive people in an sustained, aggressive (and humorous manner) is a weakness. Making a joke about JD Vance's passion for a pit group serves two purposes; one, it is funny, and it deflates the arrogance and unfounded reputation of Vance as an insightful spokesman for the poor and working class and two It counters his homophobia, racism, and misogyny with a two-word punchline... Couch fucker.
