(22,685 posts)20. i was expressing favoring Mayor Pete for VP
to a 58 year old man neighbor as we sat talking in my kitchen. The neighbor looked at me and said "Yeah, Black, Woman, Asian, Gay" - that would be an inclusive ticket. And we both started laughing. I had not thought that this gay neighbor would see it that way, I had not considered the issue of "gay" with either of them. DUH.
I think it would be a dynamite ticket. After the country evolves a bit more.
