3. I don't think MAGAs understand how serious insurrection and treason are

They're all sure they won't be held accountable, and some are even willing to go to war against their own americans because of this. It might get ugly, there might be bloodshed, but our country and constitution will be upheld. A tiny minority of these people are willing to die for Trump, and I am sure they will be obliged if they do anything stupid.
