34. MAGA election officials in swing states have already decided

to refuse to certify the votes in their local precincts, making it impossible for their states to certify a Harris win at the state level.

The goal is to prevent national official certification from all 50 states prior to January 20. If there is no certified winner by the December deadline, the decision will be thrown to the House for a vote. If there still is no certification of a winner by the inauguration date, the Speaker becomes president.

The role of the SC in those cases could be to delay decisions on the refusal to certify until it's too late, giving the MAGAs what they want. Even if the court rules afterward that the votes should have been certified and Harris should have been the winner, once the MAGAs have control of the WH, they will not relinquish it without a fight.

A speaker for the Heritage Foundation has already stated that 2025 will be a bloodless revolution year, but ONLY if the left allows it. If there is resistance to the revolution, it will not be bloodless.
