15. Who is having trouble with this?

Who is "honestly confused?" Why would her name be difficult to pronounce? All one needs to do is hear it once, and who has not heard it at least once?

The only people confused are those listening to right wing media where the talking heads and Republican politicians are intentionally mispronouncing her name to make her seem alien so as to appeal to bigots.

It is not just a matter of mispronunciation. The context is usually derisive, and the speaker is openly mocking her name. That is a cowardly and dishonest way to mock and dismiss her.
