I decided I was not only having conversations, I as outwardly expressing my position as a Democrat. I was concerned it might affect him and that would not be fair, but he was good with it. It really was accepted too, inevitably there was nothing to fear letting everyone know I was a Democrat. That was the first yr I put up signs and learned it was ok and not to worry about repercussions. Then I got free and moved to Oregon, lol and I do not need to put up signs or have stickers now.

I stopped that in 2008, very red Texas. Obama signs in the yard, living on a corner lot had at both streets

2008 was first time I put signs up and did it until I moved out of god awful state.
