He's just been reading at a podium nonstop in a monotone voice from a cheap three-ring binder for the past 45 minutes while off to the side there are various groceries just sitting there. Including breakfast sausage which is just melting in the sun.

Honestly, wasting good breakfast sausage like that deserves a fifth indictment in and of itself.
