3. Angry old man syndrome....

Ive seen it in elderly relatives of both sexes though. As people age, their internal filters fall away. They say things they might otherwise have thought about first and then not said.

In some cases they are simply out of fucks to give. In others its dimentia removing the stops.

He is now incapable of judging the impact of his statements, and says whatever he is thinking in the moment. He doesnt think how it will impact the future, just how he feels now.

He is the worst kind of person, and should never again be in a position of authority.
