once it hits the courts. I would imagine there's probably lawyers lining up. And the argument will follow that this is self evidently meant as humor. Without any element of eminent threat or intent. And so very clearly free speech.
The fact that Hispanic business was targeted here adds an element of racism - but without direct threat, it remains to be seen whether that will be enough to override the foregoing.

To be clear - I think it is hateful, ugly, and damaging to the public space - (along with about zero 'humor' involved) - but that doesn't preclude free speech.
