21. Been wondering at the 'just sayin' phrase and finally looked it up.

A, “Just saying” is used when you complain or criticize another person in an attempt to make it less offensive.
B, a term coined to be used at the end of something insulting or offensive to take the heat off you when you say it.

So yeah, that was a very insightful, informative post of yours. just sayin'.
