So many of them are playing a role for a price. I understand that a lot of it is performance, but to go from liberal to right-wing like that for the money is rather disturbing. It would be different if they were acting in a movie, but as you say, much of the audience believes it is real.

As for cable news, I'm getting a bit tired of the paid contributors and the endless panel discussions. It is usually just people rehashing the same stuff over and over again. I like some commentary, but this is overkill. I've been watching less and less cable news and since the call for Joe to step aside, I've limited it to Lawrence O'Donnell and special reporting like the DNC.
