The usual solution to brutal cops is to give them more money, aka "training", often run by right-wing radicals.
We should administer physiological "inclination" tests to all recruit candidates.
Do scenes of violence, racism, bullying, and sexual assault make their hearts race and palms perspire? Out!
It's easy to tell a trainer what they want to hear. It's harder to lie with your body.
