2. He's not going to leave.

If he did leave, he'd have to go to a country that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the US (the so-called "shithole" countries) and all his US assets would be frozen. Without his money he wouldn't be living very well at all; he doesn't like foreign countries unless he can live in luxury; he can't speak any foreign languages; he doesn't like food that isn't overdone steak, fries and ketchup. He doesn't think anything will actually happen to him and he isn't going anywhere but Mierda-Lardo.
