Having had the honor of visiting Arlington, including the Tome of the Unknowns. I hope there is a federal law that will come into play and sanction EVERYONE who desecrated the site. Especially the adjoining headstone that they trampled on.
My guess is that the USMC individual they had their picture taken around would have been the first to tell them, "Hell, no, don't do this!"
