past 10 years. Or more than four jobs if within 10 years.

Nobody wants to hear what I was doing 40 years ago.

And when I applied to work for a major media-buying corporation one year after graduating college, I'm certain that including my two-month stint at an ice cream parlor two years prior wouldn't have enhanced my candidacy.
