8. On the last resume I uploaded, i didn't even mention jobs in the 1990s.

And I have worked in my career for 40 years. If you put every job on your resume that you have had since you were a teenager, you stand an excellent chance of being screened out by HR or the department head. They want a 2 - 3 minute look at your resume,, not a short story.
