52. I don't know the context of that statement. But to the majority of Americans

somehow think Republicans do better on the economy. If that is what she means by Democrats being dogged by the economy, she is right. The economy almost always does better when a Democrat is in office, why the public thinks it doesn't it is ether our
messaging or the media. The Republicans have been calling Democrats "Tax and Spend" for as long as I remember yet the deficit always goes up more under a Republican.
