Because that is what is happening here in the US. Somebody in the mobs of young American protestors sure as hell knows what these things mean. While American protestors wear their keffiyahs from Amazon, they might give some thought to who they are keeping company with. The slogans and vandalism are from Hamas, a terrorist organization. Anyone who claims to be Pro-Palestinian must reject Hamas, or be thought a fool.

We are assuredly not living in the best of all possible worlds.

Israelis who are marching against Netanyahu want the best of what their country stands for to return. But they assuredly have not forgotten the attack on Oct. 7 last year, nor have they forgotten the well-documented atrocities committed by Hamas on that day. Hamas is a jihadist terrorist group, and they will kill anyone who gets in their way, whether Palestinian or Gazan or Jew.
