54. There should be some sentance longer than minor but shorter than adult...

The prosecutors are faced with the option of a minor being released at 18 or an adult locked up for 50 years.

There should be a middle ground.

The last thing we want is an unrepentent like kyle rittenhouse released in less than 4 years, without any treatment.

Yet, that is what would happen as a minor.
