There should be a mechanism where teachers and others can report these kids so they can be removed from bad situations and get treatment. For life, if necessary. Parents should be charged for giving this kind of life to children. Yes, it's intrusive. Yes, it goes against our principles, but how many more dead are we going to take before we change things?

Also, guns need to go. There is no reason any citizen should have assault weapons, nor any ammo meant to go through Kevlar, and similar things. There is no reason for our citizens to be armed like an army. None. Nothing they can get is going to beat the military if they were ever to go against us. All they can go is go on killing sprees, defy the government to stop them. It's wrong.
