25. So what do you make of LBJ's decision not to run for relection in 1968?

He had a couple pieces of landmark legislation early on in his presidency. Then in 1968, between the Tet Offensive, Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination, and Robert F. Kennedy's assassination, things pretty much went to hell in a handbasket on him.
