Comey announced his 11th hour re-opening of the investigation into Hillary's emails as if there was probable cause. He did nothing to balance it with the possibility that perhaps there could be nothing there. And nothing was. Comey admits that he may have enabled Trump's win and the debacle that followed, with horrific impact to this day. Take out the "may" and he is spot-on.
