Meanwhile, Israel is still thriving. How has Hezbollah or Hamas committed genocide on Israel's population? That idiot terrorists have something in their charter without the capacity to carry it out does not equate with reality. Israel not only has the capacity; it is actively engaging in the act--if not genocide then the full-scale destruction of the Palestinian homeland. Now, you may justify or be unaware of the fact that Gaza is now a pile of rubble, that 41,000 Palestinians have been slaughtered, that children are targeted for assassination and denied exit for medical treatment, and boys are raped by IDF soldiers, but the rest of the world does pay attention and object to such atrocities. The US stands alone in its sanguine attitude toward such behavior, and even then, roughly half of Americans disagree with Israel's actions in Gaza. DU happens to be more conservative than the population at large when it comes to this issue, which is a bit of head scratcher to me.
