Tonight, there will be some gnashing of teeth by Mr. T., as he rages against this.
However, I don't see how he can fight this one.
When this comes out - it comes out....and my understanding is there are some sordid details about it that could not be brought up before.
As far as his people crying about the election, to my way of thinking, he has had more delays than any normal citizen would get.
There would simply be no way for an average citizen to continue to pay for expensive lawyers to try to run out the clock.
At some point, the clock wins. At some point, there is justice.

I don't think he can appeal...since SCOTUS ruled on his appeal and kicked it back to her to make further rulings

No it is NOT the end result. The SCOTUS made it ambiguous. After Judge Chutkan rules Trump can appeal again

I'm not sure why "granted" is in quotes. Judges grant or deny motions -- in whole or in part.
