This isn't the way democracy dies... that's too passive a voice. This is the way democracy is killed... wiped-out... obliterated. Better an active voice, since this is an overt action.

Let them withhold their 4 EVs in protest then. Makes it slightly easier for us to reach of majority of 268 out of 534.
