63. They should think twice about staying.

I also live in the area. I am about 16 miles from the Gulf. If they are in a manufactured home and have been told to evacuate, they really should. My home was built in 2004 and we just put a new roof on. We feel quite secure so we have stayed put for the last 20 years. If they are in a flood zone, told to evacuate……they are stupid not to.
