I didn't mention earlier, one of the boys, middle one, wrote:

'There was no task that she did not meet with an all encompassing energy. This can be embodied in nothing better than the way she raised her son Eli. Independent living for her son with intellectual disabilities was not a question but a mission that she marched towards at her own chaotic drumbeat. She and my dad are the architects of this full life Eli lives at his apartment in Rockville. Surrounded by friends, resources, public transportation and most importantly a movie theatre. She was also the hearth that kept the tireless work of his day to day schedule operating at 110%. (Eli has Down Syndrome.)
We will carry this torch of independence and self-advocacy forward for her and my late father because that is what they taught us to do.'
