In reply to the discussion: WA-03: Burning ballots pulled from inside smoking Vancouver ballot box; hundreds of ballots lost [View all]love_katz
(3,192 posts)I have used ballot drop boxes in the past with no problem. The one closest to where I live is in a branch of the county library and it's very secure.
However, I read about the incident in a blue county in Arizona where the drop box was set on fire, and also that $hitter had posts from people who posted about what kinds of liquids could be poured into drop boxes to destroy the ballots, so I decided to drive to my local post office and drop my ballot into the mail slot in the lobby.
My state has ballot tracking, so I was notified a couple of days ago that my ballot was accepted and counted. Take that, wannabe dictators!!
It tells us everything we might ever want to know about the R's, that cheating, lying, projection, and attacks are all they have.
May we crush them utterly. May they taste nothing but the ashes of defeat
