Per Noel Casler, donnie is a big time user.

this is hilarious to me... hilarious because one who attempts to project his virility all over the place is really just a swaying old man climbing aboard the perfect metaphor and representative vehicle for him.

And on edit, I'm personally insulted donnie and those fuckers in his 'campaign' are using sanitation workers as their current prop for their hate.... these are the sanitation workers and their current brothers that I stand with:
