33. Right. He called the US the Garbage Can of the world, so he effectively called 346 million people garbage.

He's never gotten more than about 74 million votes, so assuming this was supposed to refer to Biden's comment, The max people Biden could have been talking about was 74 million. Or does he seriously think he will get 250 million votes? He really needs to be institutionalized for his own safety as well as the country's.
