4. MD6 will be tough, but remember it's a new district.

I used to live in MD6 back in the Beverly Byron days (she was more conservative than her Republican CD-8 neighbor Morella), it's D because of a prior gerrymander dipping to Potomac and taking core MoCo/CD8 areas to dilute the Raskin seat. There was a court case resulting in redistricting, swapping some of Montgomery for Frederick Co.

I'm pretty surprised that a somewhat compact CD6 is even tied. Hopefully we get good turnout in suburban demographics in the district, if we do we'll bag it.
