Since Dobbs Trump has focused on men, knowing that he needs to offset the women who are motivated by reproductive rights. But this is a very narrow view. Many men are motivated by Dobbs. They are concerned for wives, daughters, granddaughters etc. as well as recognizing what bad policy abortion restrictions are for society, aside from the personal impact. Trump has appeared to realize very late that the focus on men only is backfiring, hence the clumsy attempt to pander to women with the creepy "I will protect women whether they like it or not." Which by the way, pisses off men as well. Who wants their wife, daughter, granddaughter, or sister protected by Trump? No one except perhaps a MAGA cultist and it might even be a stretch for them.
