...legalization, sanctuary cities, and other local and state movements which essentially ignore Federal laws. However, I'm pretty sure that it's a one-way street when it comes to states actually leaving the Union. Then again, IANAL or a Constitutional scholar--but I am pretty sure that the lawyers and scholars have weighed in on this repeatedly. (Not to mention, we also fought a war over it).
