If Democrats had to lose to Trump, this is the best way for it to happen [View all]

1. Because he lost to Biden in 2020, Trump's second administration has only 4 years to do its damage, instead of 8.

2. He is legally required to step down at the end of this second term. If he does have plans to be a dictator, he will have to go full mask off and reveal himself at the end of this term. Then nobody on the right will be able to deny his intentions any longer.

3. JD Vance won't win the presidency if they run him.

Disclaimer: Of course, this doesn't help anyone of us who will immediately suffer under another Trump administration but knowing he is legally obligated by the 22nd Amendment to Constitution to be gone from our lives by the end of this term is cause for at least some positivity.

With every tick of the clock moving forward, Trump moves forward to being gone forever.
