What is the explanation for so many less votes than 2020 [View all]

Do I have this right? Trump got 73 million this time and 74 million in 2020.
Harris got 68 million compared to Biden's 81 million.
155 million compared to 141 million Tuesday.
Did 14 million less people vote?
I thought there were record voter registration and record turn out?
