11. If a fraction of the billions we pour into elections. . .

. . . were poured into a national campaign against democracy on the cheap (or whatever good stuff strategic messaging people come up with), I think we could actually get some action in the states.

Appealing to fundamental principle and moral imperative crosses party lines.

And it is hard to argue that an election in which a subset of voters are subjected to lines of 90 minutes to 5 hours is free and fair.

How can we allow American elections to be run in a way that evokes pity around the world?

One message. One topic. Hammered. All year.

I would trade voter ID for putting in place resources that would ensure a maximum wait time of 15 minutes even if the state has 100% turnout.
