(13,393 posts)42. A friend of mine expressed incredulity at the level to which nausea hits.
Perhaps my threshold is low, but hearing that others have a similar reaction helps.
Unfortunately, nausea for me is associated with what one doctor labeled "atypical migraine" -- to explain unexplainable bouts of nausea (that predate that horrible man). I was even hospitalized a few times as a kid for dehydration after a period of being unable to keep anything down for which no cause was ever found. Whatever my problem is, when nausea is triggered, whatever the cause, it does not end. And seeing that man has become a trigger.

I get the impulse because I can't stand to hear/see him and even knowing he is creating havoc and will decimate
