There will be no legitimate recount. If at all it will be the same sham we saw in 2000. The fix is absolutely and totally in right now. Only the president can defer the looming and inevitable landslide into the fascist nightmare which sane folks have dreaded since the1930's. And what he'd have to do would be highly irregular and divisive.
