Let's be honest in that what happened in Norway was more an anomaly. In America this is happening at a growing frequency.
The thing is we are that point where it only makes the news when there is a massacre. Yet there are growing instances of violence against children everyday and in many forms. The United States has one of the worst rates of murder and violence against children in the world.
