3. No. Years ago I suggested to people in favor of the death penalty,

that we should vote on it, and suspend the Australian ballot. If it passed, everybody who voted for it should be entered into a lottery to see who the executioner should be.

I stopped doing so because universally, those in favor of the death penalty had to have “Australian ballot” explained to them.
