He is against over processed food, harmful chemicals in the food etc and against pollution in general. This is WAY better than you can reasonably expect from a Republican cabinet pick. Of course you are taking a chance he could try to stop or reduce vaccinations, which would be a disaster. Also banning fluoride in the water would not be a positive. At least he’s a mixed bag and not terrible on every position like a typical R.
